Chicken Taco Soup

  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless chicken breast
  • 15 oz can Black Beans
  • 15 oz can Corn
  • 15 oz Pinto Beans
  • 14.5 can Tomatoes (Petite)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 3 tbsp Taco Seasoning (Homemade Taco Seasoning)

Throw it all in a crockpot and cook on low heat for 6 hours. After cooking, removed chicken and shred it. Top with cheese, sour cream, or another favorite topping.chicken-taco-soup-3
